This is a page turner.
It’s been a while that I have read something that kept me turning pages and looking for opportunity’s to pick it up quickly, after putting it down.
The story of the Eastern Shore Arsonists Tanya and Charlie is a good one. The authors narrative is one that helps paint the whole picture of the place, The people and the issues of the day.
It is a quick read, not just because it is under 300 pages, but because the true story is expressed so well. The real life characters are likeable, even though they do some bad things, it is hard not to feel sorry for Charlie. Tanya, well, I think we have all meet a Tanya in our lives.
The author does a great job painting the pictures of every day life on the Virginia’s Eastern Shore.
Highly recommend to those who like a good Non-Fiction and True Crime.
